The Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR-EU), and the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), is part of the General Terms and Conditions governing the Website https://www.iberianinsurance.es, together with the Cookie Policy and the Legal Notice.

IBERIAN reserves the right to modify or adapt this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you review it each time you access the Website. 03.02. What are your RIGHTS concerning the processing of your data?

Everyone has the right to obtain information about the existence of the processing of their personal data, access the information IBERIAN holds, request the rectification of inaccurate data, or, if applicable, request the deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or the data subject withdraws their consent.

b) Sending a scanned and signed form to the email address comercial@iberianinsurance.es, indicating in the subject line “Exercise of LOPD Rights.”

These forms must be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID. If acting through a representative, their ID must also be included, along with a document proving representation.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed.

The maximum time for resolution is one month from the effective receipt of your request. However, depending on the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by an additional two months, with prior notice to the data subject of such an extension.

03.03. What data do we COLLECT through the website?

03.03.01. User Responsibility

By providing your data through electronic channels, the user guarantees that they are over 14 years old and that the data provided to IBERIAN is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. For these purposes, the user confirms that they are responsible for the accuracy of the data communicated and that they will keep such information appropriately updated to reflect their actual situation, being responsible for any false or inaccurate data they may provide, as well as any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from this.

03.03.02. Data stored from browsing and using the Website

By simply browsing the Website, IBERIAN will collect information relating to:

– Duration of the visit or browsing on the Website

The information we handle will not be related to a specific user and will be stored in our databases to perform statistical analysis, improve the Website, our products and/or services, and help us improve our business strategy. The data will not be disclosed to third parties.

03.03.03. User registration on the Website

To access certain products and/or services, the user must register on the Website. For this purpose, the registration form requests certain personal data. The data necessary and mandatory for registration are marked with an asterisk (*). If such fields are not provided, registration will not be carried out.

The generated username and password are personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for safeguarding them. We do not recommend writing it down somewhere or sharing it with third parties. Please note that the system has a password reset functionality that can be used as many times as needed.

In this case, browsing data will be associated with the registered user’s data, identifying the same specific user navigating the Website. In this way, we can personalize the offer and recommend specific products and/or services to you.

The registration data of each user will be incorporated into IBERIAN’s databases along with the history of transactions carried out by them and will be stored as long as the registered user’s account is not deleted. Once such an account is deleted, the data will be removed from our databases, with data related to transactions carried out being stored for 10 years, without access or modification, to comply with legally established deadlines. Data not related to completed transactions will be retained for three years unless the user withdraws their consent, in which case it will be deleted immediately.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the execution of a contract between the parties, in which the user requests a series of products, services, and/or utilities from IBERIAN.

Regarding the sending of communications and promotions via electronic means and responding to information requests, the legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

The purposes of the processing are as follows:
• Managing registration in the user registration area and access to the Website
• Managing the purchase of products and/or services made available to you through the Website
